The Cottages at Sardis Lane features a collection of nine unique French Cottage homes, each on a gorgeous half+ acre private lot tucked off the main street and distinguished by a community entry feature. Initially attracted to this land for it charming beauty of mature trees against a gently rolling hill and a protected creek bed, we were committed to preserving as much of the natural beauty of the land as possible during development. A private entry monument and drive leads our homeowners into their new Lansdowne community, nestled at the heart of Charlotte’s well loved private schools - Providence Day School, Charlotte Christian School, Charlotte Country Day School and Charlotte Preparatory School - and the Levine Jewish Community Center. Each home features rustic modern living, simplicity and a sense of elegant calm with main level 10’ ceilings, classic white chef’s kitchens peppered with a warm geometric patterns, expansive windows connecting to natural outdoor elements, vintage lighting, millwork feature walls and detailing, and casual calm bedrooms.
