NoDa Street market opened fall of 2017. Current tenants include Sherwin Williams (4,500 sq ft approx), Crown Station Coffee House and Pub (2,600 sq. ft with outdoor patio), Deejai Thai Restaurant (2,600 sf approx with outdoor patio seating), Divine Barrel Brewing (8,400 sq ft approx, with a large patio), and Free Will Craft & Vine.

Developed 1.2 acres of land with two inter-connected commercial buildings totaling 22,623 square feet and coverted them from under performing industrial assets to optimally performing retail assets.   • The Craighead Railway Crossing is closing in late 2018, opening up green space, street parking, and bike lane along North Davidson Street.
